Moncton Plumbing is a residential plumbing business serving Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview, New Brunswick. Our phone number and address are on the contact page.
What we collect
There are two ways you give us information.
- The contact form on the contact page collects your name, your phone number, an email address if you choose to give one, and your message.
- When you call, we note your name, phone number, address, and the details of the problem so we can book your appointment.
Why we collect it
We use it to answer your enquiry, to call you back, to book and carry out the work, and to follow up on a job we did for you. We do not use it for anything else.
Who receives it
A message sent through the form is delivered to our business inbox, and the website host handles the request that carries it. The plumber who carries out your appointment is told what they need to do the job. We do not sell your details.
The map on our location pages loads only if you click Show map. If you do, Google Maps loads in the page and Google may receive information about your visit under its own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep a message or job note for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.
